A general cleaning is done upon arrival and once during the week. Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price.

Cancelations

- 16 weeks prior to arrival date 50% of the total amount of booking will be penalized. 

- 8 weeks prior to arrival date 100% of the total amount of booking will be penalized.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 2 months before the arrival. Security deposit is 1000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
