The house comprises of 3 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, air conditioning and sliding glass doors that allow plenty of natural light inside. All rooms are set facing amazing views to make the best of the sun and nature. There is one Twin bedroom including rustic furniture (wardrobe, bedsides and blue and white linen), and 2 Queen Bedrooms offering a comfy bed and a lounge.

There are 3 complete big bathrooms in the house including toilet, sinks and bath or shower tray. The bathrooms are equipped with mirrors, towels, toiletries and toilet paper.

Kitchen

Full contemporary kitchen with all necessary gadgets for your vacation: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge, toaster, hob, 8 seater white table and coffee maker.

Living Room

The villa has a wide open-plan living room including sliding glass door with access to a beautiful terrace with sunbeds to chill. Plus, there is a sitting area with modern sofas, and a beige sofa conveniently placed in front of the TV and fireplace.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 4 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is 2,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
