The big rustic kitchen includes stove that is ready to handle meals large and small safely, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, teapots, traditional oven and a cozy chimney.

There is a bright pleasant living room with a big sofa conveniently placed in front of the chimney and a small wooden table, perfectly appropriate for reading and chilling out. 

Others

Outside there is a great swimming pool and many “Al Fresco” areas with dining tables to spend your holidays in pure Mediterranean nature simply chilling out.

There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the check out. 

Amenities/Facilities

You will discover how Ibicencans used to find water by using a traditional well, and you will cook as they used to in the old oven traditionally heated with wood, straw or coal. 

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

Animals / Pets

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in this property. Please contact the owners to have small pets.

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
