You'll also find a secondary summer kitchen, a BBQ area, and a lovely covered alfresco space near the pool, perfect for leisurely summer lunches and late dinners.

Rooms Description

The property comprises 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms designed in the traditional Ibicencan style. On the main floor, three bedrooms offer convenient access to the pool area, with two sharing a bathroom featuring a shower.

Bedroom 1 (master): Double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, accessible from inside and with private access from the outside.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds

Upstairs, on the first floor, two more bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds and access to a large terrace with views.

Bedroom 5: Double bed and access to a large terrace with views.

Additionally, there is a curtained-off area on the second floor with 2 extra beds, perfect for children (available upon request).

Baths

There are 3 bathrooms with a shower. One of them ensuite and 2 others to be shared. You will also find a convenient outdoor summer shower by the pool area.

Kitchen

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you may need.

Living Room

The villa has a large entrance with a white dining table ideal placed in front of a lovely chimney. There is also another sitting area decorated with many antiques, TV, DVD player and stereo.

Cancellations must be done at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 2,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
