Its 80.000m2 of land is located at Cala Vadella on a Protected Natural Space (ANEI), many tracks which are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hilltop is a must at only 100 meters from the villa, where you will find an idyllic spot with a wooden pergola with views of the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and sunsets.

Cancelations

- Cancellation 16 weeks before the arrival date will be penalized with 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

- Cancellation 8 weeks before the arrival date will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 2 months before the arrival. Security deposit is 1500 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
