Rooms Description

The villa offers 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. 

Bedroom 1 - Located on the first floor, 40M2 - double bed, TV, bathroom with shower + a terrace overlooking the valley.  

Bedroom 2 - Located on the ground floor, 20M2 - Double bed, TV, bathroom with shower. 

Bedroom 3 - Located on the ground floor, 20M2 - Double bed, television, toilet, bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 - Located next to the pool, 25M2 - Beds for two / four people, wc, TV, bathroom with shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge and all the necessary dishes to accommodate up to 12 people. 

Living Room

Large living +/- 50M2 integrated armchairs and LCD television, dining room opened on the kitchen.  The pool is accessible directly by the dining room, by the sliding doors of the living room or by the external staircase leading to the parking.

Others

The hall leads to bedrooms 2 and 3. There is an Utility room. Large terrace with covered dining area and patio. The villa has ample space to park up to 6 or 7 cars.

Accommodation

Cleaning, Towels...

2 times a week / 3 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Amenities/Facilities

The villa is equipped with AC, a wireless network, cable, a fixed telephone line and an alarm. The swimming pool (15m by 4m) benefits from a filtration system without chlorine.

Cancelations

Your Booking Payments

30% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

Arrival / Departure

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability. 
The check out is before 10:00 am. Late check out is available on request based on our occupancy levels.
