A general cleaning is done upon arrival and once during the week . Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price.

Cancelations

CANCELLATION POLICY 

- 90 days prior to arrival date 50% of the total amount of booking will be penalized.

 - 60 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total amount of booking will be penalized.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 2 months before the arrival. Security deposit is 1000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

The check out is before 10:00 am. Late check out is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
