Rooms Description

All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and full with natural light, and offer air conditioning and very comfortable beds that ensure deep pleasant sleep at night. There are 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Twin Bedroom featuring soft and nice linen.

Baths

There are 2 well equipped bathrooms: there is one en-suite to bedroom to the double bedroom, with toilet and shower enclosure; the other bathroom is shared by bedroom 2 and 3 and has a toilet, bath with shower and bidet. Bathrooms are equipped with mirrors, towels, toiletries and toilet paper.

Kitchen

Cooking delicious recipes will be easy in this fully equipped kitchen featuring plenty of gadgets. For instance, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender and dishwasher.

Living Room

The living room is very pleasant and includes a very comfortable sofa, cable TV and a dining area with a 6 seater table. There is also a Stereo with radio and CD player to accompany nice evenings with your friends and family.

You will benefit from total privacy and tranquility in this rural villa with lovely gardens, refreshing pool and sun loungers that guarantee comfort and relax for everybody.

There is a general cleaning included the day of arrival and another one at check out.

Amenities/Facilities

In the entrance there is a barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen to enjoy cooking, and also “Al Fresco” dining tables to eat even during warm nights in Ibiza.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

Please note that eco tax needs to be paid on arrival and is not included in the price.
