Cancelations

In case of cancellations more than three months before the check in, the deposit could be used for any other booking during the same year. In case of cancellations three months or less before the check in, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation with less than 10 days, a no-show or a check out before the scheduled date, the rest of the stay will be paid.

Your Booking Payments

50% of the total amount of the booking needs paid to confirm the booking and the other 50% three weeks before the check in. Payment should be done by bank transfer or credit card. We kindly inform you that these rates do not include the ecotax rate that is applied to all bookings , with a cost of 1,10 €/day per each guest over 15 years old (it is 0,55€ from the 9th day onwards)

Arrival / Departure

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability. 
The check out is before 10:00 am. Late check out is available on request based on our occupancy levels.
