They all boast king size double beds, one of which can be converted into 2 singles.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for your comfort and privacy. In addition there are 2 guest toilets.

Kitchen

The fully equipped American kitchen is made of sleek white stainless steel, with an island and breakfast bar for 4. Stainless steel extractor oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, mixer, blender, juicer, kettle and 2 toasters.

Living Room

Main floor: The large impressive living area includes designer dining for 10 people, a huge sprawling sofa, 50¨plasma TV with satellite, home cinema, DVD and WIFI. Floor to ceiling  windows with amazing view of the Mediterranean.

Ground floor: The second living room on the lowest level is the perfect party or chill-out zone, with Pioneer decks, a home cinema including projector and screen, bar, fridge, and a very comfortable sofa. 2 pool windows ensure you don’t miss out on any action in the pool.

Utility Room: Big freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, fire-extinguisher.

Cleaning, Towels...

The guests are provided with 2 shower towels and 1pool towel each, changed once a week. Extra cleaning can be contracted for the duration of your stay. Garden and pool service: twice a week.

Cancelations

In case of cancellation the following rates will be applied: 

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total price

Cancellation between 59 and 15 days before arrival: 70% of the total price

Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total price

Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the of the total price

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 8 weeks before the arrival together with the damage deposit of 3000 € which is to be refunded up to 14 day after your check out.

Animals / Pets

The property doesn´t allow pets.

Arrival / Departure

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability.
