A lovely 4 double bedroom villa offering charming and bright rooms. These provide a pleasant stay including smooth rustic furniture and views to the countryside. You will be able to choose the most appealing room to you – there is a Master Suite bathroom en suite, a Queen Bedroom downstairs, and 2 Twin Bedrooms (particularly suitable for children), including soft linen, smooth pillows, wooden bedsides and wardrobe.

Baths

There are 4 complete rustic bathrooms including toilet, sinks, bidet and bath or shower tray. Toiletries and towels are offered by the owners.

Kitchen

Fully equipped practical kitchen with all necessary gadgets for your vacation: hob, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher and toaster.

Living Room

The villa has a charming open-plan modern living room offering a wonderful sitting area with cozy sofas conveniently placed in front of the fireplace and Satellite TV.

Others

The property offers breathtaking views from the terraces with sunbeds and a refreshing pool. You will be able to share wonderful meals in the barbecue or under a pergola.

There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the checkout.

Amenities/Facilities

There is a lovely secluded garden next to an “Al Fresco” dining area placed in a covered terrace to spend wonderful days in pure nature with your friends and family.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

Animals / Pets

Please contact us regarding the possibility of bringing your own pets.

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise
