Bedroom 3: double bed, AC. En suite bathroom with a shower. Pool and sea views. First floor.

Bedroom 4: double bed, AC. En suite bathroom with a shower. Garden views. First floor.

Baths

Bathroom 1: shower, bide. On the main floor to be shared between bedrooms 1 and 2.

Bathroom 2: en suite with a shower. First floor.

Bathroom 3: en suite with a shower. First floor.

Kitchen

Independent modern fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the pool and to the outside dining area, and with access to the laundry room with washing machine. It has AC as well.

Living Room

The cozy bright living room with a dining area for 6 people. There is a TV and a sitting area.

Others

Outdoors there is a “Al Fresco” rustic dining table for 8 people next to the swimming pool and BBQ, ideal to enjoy long summer meals in great company.

Accommodation

Cleaning, Towels...

A general cleaning is done upon arrival and on check out. One cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is made during your stay. For bookings over 7 nights there is a cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels every 4 days.

Amenities/Facilities

This rural resort offers big terraces with sun beds to enjoy the bright sun and the stars. There is also a cozy chill out area perfect to read or share great experiences.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required at the time of booking, the balance on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners), this will be a blockage on your card that unblocks automatically within a week after the departure.

Pets are allowed on request.

Arrival / Departure

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request and can be confirmed several days before your arrival depending on the actual availability.
The check out is before 10:00 am. Late check out is available on request and can be confirmed several days before your departure depending on the actual availability.
