Property Description

This village is located in Sant Josep you will find supermarkets, bars and very good restaurants. Beaches are also close by, such as the world wide known Ses Salines, Es Cavallet and Cala Compte, where you should go to see amazing sunsets. Ibiza town is only 20 minute drive from our villa, and you will also find there shops, gourmet restaurants and “Dalt Vila”, Ibiza’s old town with panoramic views over the port and the small city. If your are a shopping lover, don’t forget to discover very exclusive and luxury shops set around the narrow streets in the city center.

We recommend a car in this location so you don’t miss out on seeing the wild beauty of the surrounding areas, such as the Cala d’Hort nature reserve and the stunning beaches from which to watch the sunset.

The house comprises of 4 spacious double bedrooms including stylish wooden decoration combined with modern furniture, white linen and air conditioning. There are 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 Twin bed bedrooms. All rooms in this villa are full of natural light and combined with pleasant furniture, all together ensure comfortable deep sleep at night.

Baths

There are 4 complete modern bathrooms featuring wooden furniture, a bath or shower units, WC, and sinks. We are glad to quote that towels and toilet paper are provided by the owners.

Kitchen

The huge rustic modern kitchen is fully equipped including induction hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and a cozy 4 seater wooden table to taste your best healthy meals.

Living Room

The cozy bright living room with includes a spacious dining area with a big dining table for 10 people, all offering peace and comfort for everyone. There is a TV to watch your favorite movies and Wi-Fi.

Others

Outdoors there is a “Al Fresco” rustic dining table set next to the swimming pool, ideal to enjoy your meals under the moon light.

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,500 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
