This newly built modern villa is situated just outside the centre of the charming village of Sant Jordi, offering a range of bars, shops and restaurants, and is strategically located between the airport and Ibiza Town. From here you have easy access to the world-famous beaches of Playa d´en Bossa, and Las Salinas.

We recommend renting a car in this location so you don’t miss out on seeing the wild beauty of the surrounding areas, such as the Cala d’Hort nature reserve and the stunning beaches from which to watch the sunset.

All bedrooms in this villa are spacious and offer comfy beds, sliding glass doors with views to the countryside and rustic decoration, such as wooden bedsides or iron headboards. There are two double bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.

Baths

There is one bathroom upstairs with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. The other bathroom is downstairs and includes a shower enclosure and a toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with everything: towels, toiletries, mirrors, and toilet paper.

Kitchen

Downstairs there is a well equipped practical and spacious kitchen offering stove, oven, dishwasher, 4 seater dining table, toaster, microwave and oven.

Living Room

The villa has a large living room furnished to a good standard offering TV, Radio and a pleasant fireplace next to comfy sofas.

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
