A lovely 5 double bedroom villa offering charming and bright rooms. These provide a pleasant stay including air conditioning, smooth rustic furniture and views to the countryside. You will be able to choose the most appealing room to you – there are Queen Bedroons with bathroom en suite, and Twin Bedroom (particularly suitable for children), including soft linen, smooth pillows, wooden bedsides and wardrobe.

Baths

There are 5 complete modern bathrooms including toilet, sinks, bidet and bath or shower tray. Toiletries and towels are offered by the owners.

Kitchen

Fully equipped ultra modern kitchen with all necessary gadgets for your vacation: hob, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, coffee maker and toaster.

Living Room

The villa has a lively open-plan modern living room with a wonderful sitting area offering cozy sofas conveniently placed in front of the TV and fireplace.  There is another sitting area featuring a sofa and a small wooden table.

Others

The property offers breathtaking views from the terraces with sunbeds and a refreshing pool. You will be able to share wonderful meals in the barbecue or in covered terraces with dining tables.

There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the check out.

There is a lovely secluded garden next to an “Al Fresco” dining area to spend wonderful days in pure nature with your friends and family.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 2,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in this property.

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
