From this villa you are ideally located to explore everywhere on Ibiza: mountains, beaches, towns…. You can go straight to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town from here, and you’re only a short drive to the best night clubs: Amnesia, Privilege, Pacha or Space. The island’s only golf course at Roca Llisa is very near, and there are a number of fashionable restaurants and cocktail bars dotted around, such as El Ayoun in San Rafael, Casa Colonial in the hills close-by, and Bambuddha Grove in the countryside of Santa Eulalia. We recommend a car in this location so you don’t miss out on seeing the wild beauty of the surrounding areas, such as the Cala d’Hort nature reserve and the stunning beaches from which to watch the sunset.

All bedrooms in this villa are spacious and offer comfy beds, sliding glass doors with views to the countryside and rustic decoration, such as wooden bedsides and original headboards. Bedrooms include air conditioning and are located this way: the main house holds 4 bedrooms, right next to the pool there are 2 spacious independent bedrooms, and there is a private apartment attached to the main home. It is possible to rent cradle for babies.

Baths

All bathrooms comprise of beautiful mirrors, sinks, bath or shower enclosure and toilet. Towels, toiletries, and toilet paper are provided by the owners.

Kitchen

On the first floor there is a well equipped practical and spacious kitchen offering stainless steel cooking tools. For instance, hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Living Room

The villa has a large 90m2 cozy open-plan living room offering TV with SKY, Radio, DVD and CD Players, and also comfy sofas and sliding glass doors with access to the porch and swimming pool.

Others

Outdoors you will live in real tranquility and privacy. You will spend a lot of time in the swimming pool or sharing wonderful meals in the “Al fresco” dining tables for 10 people conveniently placed under the porch.

There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the checkout. Furthermore, there is a laundry including dryer and washing machine.

By the house there is a nice private double bedroom apartment and one bungalow. The whole property is surrounded by 1,500m2 gardens where you can have long calm walks whenever you want.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000€ and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
