Rooms Description

The house comprises of 4 spacious double bedrooms including stylish decorations combined with modern furniture, and air conditioning. There are 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 Twin bedroom. All rooms in this villa are full of natural light and combine pleasant furniture with bright colours, all together ensure comfortable deep sleep at night.

Bedroom 1: a large bedroom with a double bed, with a possibility of adding 2 extra beds, strictly under request and at extra cost - partly below ground level.

Bedroom 2: connected to Bedroom 3, with a double bed - located on the ground level

Bedroom 3: connected to Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds - located on the ground level. A bathroom with a shower next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

Bedroom 4: with a double bed, en suite bathroom with a bathtub, located on the first floor.

Baths

There are 2 complete bathrooms in the house. There is a big bathroom featuring WC, Jacuzzi, bath, sinks and bidet, and there is another one including shower plate and WC. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Kitchen

The big modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove, electric oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer and a cozy 4 seater grey table to taste healthy meals.

Living Room

There is a large lounge comprising of 50 inch plasma TV, DVD, stereo, comfy sofas, and a nice dining room with a beautiful white table perfect for pleasure and entertainment.

Others

Large outdoor roof terrace from the master suite with views to Ibiza and the pool. Furthermore, there is an “Al Fresco” dining table, and many sun beds by the pool.

Cleaning, Towels...

There is a general cleaning offered the day of arrival, and another one at the checkout.

Amenities/Facilities

There are air conditioning and room fans in the house, and a washing machine. Outdoors you will have a lot of fun sharing your experiences in the Barbecue.

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).  For groups under 28 years old, a €2000 security deposit will be required.

PLEASE NOTE:

- the villa is ideal for 8 adults. If you need an extra bed, please get in touch so we can confirm the possibility and cost.

- The eco-tax of €2.20 per adult per night is not included in the prices and must be paid in euro cash upon arrival at the property.

Animals / Pets

Big pets are not allowed in the villa.

Arrival / Departure

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is available on request based on our occupancy levels. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
