This house with a panoramic view of the countryside is a peaceful quiet getaway perfect for families, featuring a fully fenced pool equipped with sunbeds. There is a barbecue and large outdoor dining table.

On the main floor, there is a kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms. Another bedroom is located on the first floor. The 4th bedroom has a separate entrance from outside and it is attached to the main house. It has its own kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

A cot is available on request. Separate laundry room.

Villa Nubita with breathtaking views of the sea and the magical islet of Es Vedra - one of the must-see sights of Ibiza, is located next to 7Pines Resort, and is a perfect spot to enjoy some of the best sunset views on the island.

Cala Codolar and cala Conta beaches are within a walking distance and the pretty beaches of Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa are a short trip by car.

San Antonio and San José village can both be reached in under 15 minutes, for a range of restaurants and bars. 

The villa is ideal for families and friends who wish to stay close to each other and spend time together, however, also wish to establish privacy when they need it, thanks to different private corners and zones inside and outside.

The property is distributed over 2 floors or 3 levels.

On the first floor, there is an open plan living space with inside dining and a fully equipped kitchen that leads to the large terrace. That´s where you and your guests could gather together and enjoy al fresco dining with impressive views to the legendary rock of Es Vedrà. 

Another cozy sitting area with smart TV and a fireplace on the main floor opens up to the pool area.

The outdoor pool area offers well maintained beautiful gardens, a barbecue, a dining area, chill-out areas and sun lounges. 

Sauna is a nice bonus that could help to improve your overall health and wellness and is available on request and at extra cost (100€ up to 7 nights, and pro-rate over 7 nights).

There are 2 outdoor showers: by the pool, and on the terrace on the first floor.

Parking for three cars is available by the property.

Brand new Villa Conta finished in June 2019, combines the appearance of the traditional island Finca with top-level technological equipment to ensure comfort and charm. Located within walking distance to Cala Conta’s beach, the villa has a large infinity pool with slightly salty water, newly conceived in compressed sand with smooth-touch and no slippery surface.

Both the main villa (850 sqm) and the Guest House (100 sqm), are fully air-conditioned (summer-winter) and equipped with drinking water everywhere. They offer large and bright spaces thanks to the large sliding windows and terraces for over 250 sqm.

The underground garage can accommodate 3 to 4 cars. Private outdoor parking for 5 cars and in the garden.

At this villa you will find six elegant and spacious double suites, three with “King size" (200x200cm) beds, two suites with single beds which can be converted into double king size beds, depending on your needs, and a twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning. There is also a seventh additional small twin bedroom with a portable air conditioning unit.

The barbecue area, a second fully equipped covered kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, a large wooden table for 14 people and rest area with chaise-longue sofa. 

The immediate outdoor area of the house has a large patio with teak sun loungers and a large Balinese chill-out pergola. A nice fish pond and a circular swimming pool (6m in diameter) with Greek seating. On the upper part of the villa you will find a 15m long infinity swimming pool, a delight for the swimmers, and a large terrace solarium with Balinese beds, wide views of the mountains and peaceful valley, pure nature. 

Its 80.000m2 of land is located on a Protected Natural Space (ANEI), many tracks which are ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. A visit to the small hilltop is a must at only 100 meters from the villa, where you will find an idyllic spot with a wooden pergola with views of the islet of Es Vedrá, the sea and sunsets.

The house has a fully enclosed and secluded garden around the pool area, sunbeds, a BBQ and an expansive terrace. Inside you will have comfortable and pleasant rooms that will provide an easy and enjoyable stay in Ibiza. There is a very practical kitchen including essential gadgets that will get easier your vacation. The living room is spacious and features an open fireplace, a dining area, and cozy sofas. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with air-conditioning and a fully equipped bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. 

From the tranquil gardens, you have views to sea and the island of Formentera without being overlooked at any side whilst you are chilling out, or taking a dip in the pool within large tree-lined grounds. There is a pergola-covered poolside outdoor dining area and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a modern built-in barbecue and an expanse of clean stone-tiled surfaces for preparing an array of delicious dishes.

This impressive villa has 500 sqm set on 20.000 sqm of private land. This property promotes a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. A truly outstanding villa with finishes of extremely high standards. Nestled in the middle is the mainhouse, which has the living room, dining room and a fully equiped kitchen and two bedrooms. The other bedrooms are attached to the house and have their own seperate entrances. Ibicencan furnishings have been use throughout. It has private and secluded garden areas, several terraces and a private swimming pool.

A traditional house with all modern facilities for your comfort. The original garage is turned into a huge gamesroom with an amazing selection of games. Fully equipped in every sense of the word: one of the bathrooms is especially adapted for wheelchairs and all bathrooms have floor heating. The house has air conditioning, wifi and there is a tv in all the bedrooms.

Situated on a hillside near the village of San Jose villa Josie  offers its guests privacy in a rural setting with all the amenities to accommodate 16 people in 8 spacious bedrooms. (until 18 pax possible on request and at extra cost with 2 bed couches)

It is a farm house (finca) built in 1700 consisting of typical Ibizan construction with different heights and sizes, with whitewashed walls and ceilings with beams of juniper wood. Panoramic views of the valley, sea and Formentera.  

The villa consists of four buildings: main house, guest house, loft house and coral. It offers large gardens with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees, a swimming pool surrounded by a spacious solarium fully equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and massage areas.
