Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (0,90x1,90m)

3 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two others with a shower

Kitchen

Fully equipped independent kitchen: toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, stove, fridge, blender. 

Living Room

The living room on the main floor with a TV, fireplace, with access to the terrace.

1 baby cot and 1 highchair on request

Accommodation

Cleaning, Towels...

A general cleaning is done upon arrival and on check out.

Towels and bed linen provided.

The entire house has AC

Cancelations

Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund. Cancellation fee of 60€ to be applied.

Your Booking Payments

50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by card (no AMEX or diners).

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability. 
The check out is before 10:00 am. Late check out is available on request based on our occupancy levels.
