This 200 years old Ibizian finca is situated on top of a hill with a stunning 270° view, just 5 minutes by car north of Santa Eularia town. Its huge territory(7ha) insures total privacy and a very calm environment perfect for large groups and yoga lovers.

It sleeps 18 people in the main house and a guesthouse with total comfort.

The finca has a rustic charm and truly Ibizan style with its antique furniture, completed with all the moderns needs: Satellite TV, Wifi etc. The large pool (15x6m) is ideally located to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises while listening to music in the chill-out area. There are several lounge- and yoga areas outside and a small yoga area inside.

Surrounded by beautiful, multi-levelled, landscaped gardens with palm, olive, almond trees and all kinds of Mediterranean plants, ideal to take a wander in a timeless world. Come and enjoy the wonderful multitude of different lights and atmospheres, changing every month of the year.

Main house/left-wing: 

Bedroom 1: double bed, sea and mountain views, with private entrance from outside as well as from the house. Chimney and safe box.
Bedroom 2: double bed, sea and mountain views. Chimney and safe box.

A bathroom with a bathtub, double sink and beautiful views - to be shared by the bedrooms 1 and 2. 
Separate WC.

Main house /right-wing: 

Bedroom 3: double bed, with private entrance from outside as well as from the house. 
Bedroom 4: one single bed, with private entrance from outside as well as from the house. 
Bedroom 5: (triple bedroom) double bed + one single bed. Chimney and safe box.
NOTE: bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected and curtained off, there is no actual door between these 2 bedrooms, except a thick curtain.

A bathroom with a bathtub, double sink - to be shared by the bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. 
Separate WC.
Bedroom 6: (master bedroom) located on the first floor of the right-wing. Double bed, en suite bathroom with a bathtub and double sink. There is a private terrace next to bedroom 6.

Guesthouse 50 meters from the main house:

Bedroom 7: two single beds, sea and mountain views, safe box.
Bedroom 8: two single beds, a private entrance from outside as well as from the house. 
Bedroom 9: double bed, beautiful views, with private entrance from outside as well as from the house, safe box. En suite bathroom with a bathtub, double sink.

Bedroom 10: a separate bedroom in a tiny house a few steps from the main house, with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with a shower.

The main house has a spacious dining room. A large fireplace and separate sitting area in the lounge, double doors access the main terrace. The guest house has a lovely lounge, fireplace, eat-in kitchen leading to a private terrace, covered dining area with spectacular views.

Cleaning, Towels...


5 hrs of maid service per day included. The housekeeper lives on the property in a separate house. They take care of the daily cleaning included in the rental price, as well as they take care of the garden and the swimming pool.

Bookings at this property are non-refundable.

Your Booking Payments


50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment 8 weeks before the arrival. 

Eco tax of €2.20 per night, per person, will be due upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 16 years.

Security deposit is 1500€ and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).
