All the outside area of our villa is fenced, and there are large terraces with sunbeds to enjoy warm summer days. There is also a great squared swimming pool next to an overwhelming barbecue including a ceramic 30 seater table! It is the ideal place to relax and scape from the real world while benefiting from luxe and privacy.

We recommend a car in this location so you don’t miss out on seeing the wild beauty of the surrounding areas, such as the Cala d’Hort nature reserve and the stunning beaches from which to watch the sunset.

The house comprises of 6 spacious double bedrooms including stylish wooden decoration combined with modern furniture, air conditioning and heating. There are 2 Queen bedrooms, 3 Twin bed bedrooms, and a 75m2 spectacular Suite with Queen bed including bathroom en suite, hall with sofa, T.V, DVD and minibar. All rooms in this villa are full of natural light, and all together ensures comfortable deep sleep at night.

Baths

There are 3 complete modern bathrooms in all the house with shower, sinks, and toilet. All of them offer modern decoration combining blue colors from the Mediterranean Sea. Towels and toilet paper are provided by the owners.

Kitchen

The huge rustic kitchen includes cooktop, wood oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, two big fridges, and toaster. It is very cozy and suitable to cook delicious generous feasts to surprise your guests.

Living Room

The cozy bright living room with chimney and dining area with a 6 seater table offers peace and comfort for everyone. There is a TV to watch your favorite movies and series and 2 black sofas ideal to chill out.

If you are less than 12 people and you are interested to rent this property, we offer you the possibility to do it by closing some areas of the house. Furthermore, a discount can be arranged. Good choice for families
